- Strategic Planning: Conduct deep-dive market research to predict industry shifts and advise the C-Suite on potential opportunities and risks.
- R&D Management: Oversee the research and development budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources toward high-impact projects.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
