Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure AI infrastructure capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Edge Computing) and pilot them to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering team focused on future-proofing our product suite.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or Advanced Systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
