Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during night/weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions accurately
- Coordinate with on-site medical teams for urgent care needs
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Complete administrative tasks including charting and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare support experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules
- Pass background check and health screenings
