Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Manage service tickets using Zendesk with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Document solutions in knowledge base for team scalability
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in IT help desk or desktop support
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and customer service skills
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment deployments
