Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network, security, and system performance problems
- Manage IT service tickets using ServiceNow and maintain accurate documentation
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and servers
- Collaborate with network engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train users on software applications and IT best practices
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience (CompTIA A+ preferred)
- 2+ years in technical support with Windows environments
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365) a plus
