Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Document cases in ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with IT teams on complex escalations
- Deploy and configure end-user devices and software
- Conduct user training on new technologies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
