Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends, technologies, and socio-economic shifts to inform strategic planning
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework for organizational decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-facing concepts into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish KPIs to track innovation adoption and future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their implications
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
