Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Manage ticketing system (ServiceNow) with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS devices and peripherals
- Document solutions in knowledge base for future reference
- Train users on security protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with network/server teams on complex escalations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT help desk or desktop support role
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 certification preferred
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
