Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues efficiently
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage IT assets using service desk software (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Document all interactions and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues
- Assist with employee onboarding and equipment setup
- Maintain high user satisfaction through timely support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in help desk/technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory and networking fundamentals
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
