Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage IT ticketing systems with SLA adherence and documentation
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for 150+ employees
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Train users on cybersecurity best practices and company systems
- Collaborate with network and security teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support/help desk roles
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and mobile devices
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
