Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve user problems via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and processes in ITSM software
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system escalations
- Train users on new technologies and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and report potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT help desk or technical support role
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar IT certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote support tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Maryland driver's license required for on-site support
