Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Manage IT service tickets using ServiceNow with SLA-driven resolution times
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Create and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network and security teams on escalated issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT help desk support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent communication abilities with customer-first mindset
- Ability to work rotating shifts including occasional weekends
