Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, and in-person for software/hardware issues
- Document and troubleshoot tickets using our helpdesk software (Zendesk)
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and basic network connectivity
- Create user guides and knowledge base articles for common solutions
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues
- Maintain inventory of loaner equipment and peripherals
- Participate in weekly tech skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school
- Strong proficiency with Windows/macOS and mobile devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs)
- Customer service experience preferred (school clubs, volunteering)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid school ID and reliable transportation to Manhattan
- Interest in pursuing technology or customer service careers
