Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive technical support via phone, chat, and in-person for students and staff
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and educational platforms
- Document support tickets accurately using Zendesk ticketing system
- Conduct device setup, maintenance, and inventory management for school technology
- Create user guides and video tutorials for common technical solutions
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network security and system updates
- Mentor peers on digital literacy and safe technology practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (ages 16-18) within Indianapolis area
- Basic proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and internet troubleshooting
- Strong customer service mindset with patience and clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Valid school ID and reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis office
- Interest in pursuing technology or customer service careers
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week after school and weekends
- Passion for teaching technology to peers and younger students
