Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including printers, operating systems, and productivity tools
- Document all support tickets using our ticketing system with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues and escalations
- Conduct device setup and configuration for new team members
- Assist with basic network connectivity and account management tasks
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand technical knowledge
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate (ages 16-19)
- Basic proficiency with Windows/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset

- Reliable transportation to our downtown Atlanta office
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week (afternoons/evenings/weekends)
