Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by utilizing problem-solving skills and company resources.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service quality meets company standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a patient, friendly demeanor.
