Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upsells when applicable.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
