- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Participate in weekend team huddles to align on daily priorities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-5pm)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar support platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
