Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Adapt to various chat platforms and maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up.
- Collaborate with team leads and other support staff to resolve complex customer scenarios.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
- Ensure 100% adherence to company scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Austin, TX or California with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is preferred but not required.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Reliable computer and headset are required for remote positions.
