Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed productivity and quality metrics (30+ calls/hour)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product training and process updates
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance for sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
