Responsibilities

- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Escalate complex issues or unresolved complaints to the appropriate supervisor or team lead.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing (35+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
