Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics (KPIs) regarding call volume and quality.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality and operational processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
