Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and technical problems efficiently.
- Enter accurate and detailed information into CRM systems and call logs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work 100% Night Shift schedules (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to type at least 30-40 WPM.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
