Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Handle difficult situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests according to company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Must be available to attend the Hiring Event in New Orleans, LA.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (Virginia roles).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
