Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals to ensure our platform remains a market leader.
- Lead AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead initiatives to integrate emerging AI and automation technologies into core business processes.
- Future-Tech Advisory: Identify, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced ML) to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Talent & Culture Strategy: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on future-proof skills.
- Agile Transformation: Drive organizational agility by implementing scalable architectural frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an MBA with a technical focus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in technology strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define strategic roadmaps spanning 3-5 years.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
