Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues using proprietary CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship management software
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 25+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
