Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into our CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds according to established guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (if working remotely).
