Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Educate customers about products and services to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and professional demeanor are essential.
