Responsibilities

- Document interactions using Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Participate in weekly product knowledge workshops
- Identify trends in customer feedback for process improvements
- Support 24/7 rotational shift coverage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Exceptional written communication skills
