Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer records and track interactions.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service standards are met.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
