Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat within 60-second response time
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product questions
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Meet weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new products
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
