Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels (in-store, phone, chat)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
