Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Phoenix-based clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, and services
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM documentation
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time, CSAT)
- Collaborate with remote teams to escalate complex issues

Qualifications
