- Identify and cross-sell products to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hires.
- Reliable home office setup including high-speed internet and a quiet environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
