Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for skill development
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and PCI compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Clear communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
