- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and account details into our CRM systems to maintain up-to-date records.
- Follow-Up Communication: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer issues have been fully resolved and to promote additional services.
- Adherence to Scripts: Follow established call scripts and guidelines to maintain brand consistency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a friendly and professional tone.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Reliability: A consistent track record of attendance and punctuality.
