Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support across multiple platforms (Slack, Zendesk, Intercom)
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software problems
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support with clear context
- Adhere to SLA metrics and customer satisfaction targets
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Participate in daily shift handovers and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or chat support experience
- Exceptional written communication skills (type 60+ WPM)
- Proficient with Windows/macOS and basic troubleshooting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
