Responsibilities

- Resolve technical and billing issues using knowledge base resources
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend relevant solutions
- Meet weekly KPIs for resolution rate and customer satisfaction
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
