- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product inquiries, billing questions, and technical support issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call resolution, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first-contact resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure

- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (20-30 hours/week)
