Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
