Responsibilities

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team for resolution.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to new and existing customers.

- Ensure compliance with all quality assurance and call-script standards.
Qualifications

- Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
