Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and AHT targets
- Document all customer interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions
- Adhere to PCI compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CRM software experience preferred (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Pass background check and drug screen
