Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional support via live chat for product inquiries, technical issues, and order assistance
- Maintain detailed case documentation and troubleshoot complex problems using CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales, tech, and billing teams to resolve cross-departmental escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Adhere to quality standards with 95%+ CSAT and <60s response time metrics
- Participate in weekly training to master new products and support methodologies
- Monitor chat trends and provide feedback for process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience in chat/email/voice channels
- Exceptional written communication skills with native-level fluency
- Typing speed ≥60 WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask 5+ concurrent chat conversations
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving with empathy-based conflict resolution
