Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across 3 fulfillment centers
- Lead team of 12-15 warehouse associates and drivers
- Optimize delivery routes using real-time tracking systems
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory reconciliation and quality control
- Handle client escalations and service recovery
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse or logistics management
- Experience leading teams of 10+ personnel
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible hours
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
