Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including facility oversight, inventory management, and team coordination
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels during weekend hours
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on service protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to weekday leadership teams
- Compile weekend performance reports and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for weekend service deliveries
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or operations roles
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
