Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff and daily distribution operations
- Coordinate inventory management and logistics planning
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handoffs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Train and develop weekend team members

Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30 preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun/Sat-Mon)
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
