Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize store aisles, restock merchandise, and ensure displays are visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the weekend shifts.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the New Orleans location.
