Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using EHR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification (will train if not certified)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
