Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum ecosystems
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an innovation incubator program for early-stage ventures
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce automation and ethics
- Oversee patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
