Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025 projects)

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
